About Us

As one of London’s most established tuition agencies, Greater London Tutors has been providing private tutors to families, schools and Local Education Authorities since 1973. Our tutors are selected based on their qualifications, experience and character, and are trained by us to help children of all ages: from primary levels through 11+, GCSE and A-levels up to postgraduate level at university.

We focus on improving confidence and helping pupils find education satisfying and rewarding, whilst making sure lessons are directed at their goals. We have helped thousands of pupils reach their full potential by supporting them as they progress through their education, gain access to selective schools and prepare for exams. We offer a range of other services in addition to providing one-to-one tutors. Our holiday revision courses have been developed through our years of experience preparing students for 11+ and GCSE exams. Our experienced educational consultants can provide confidence coaching and mentoring for children, as well as informed educational guidance for parents and families.

Greater London Tutors works with a number of schools in the London area, providing tutors for one-to-one and small group support in school, and we offer recruitment services for full-time staff and supply teachers. We also provide tutors to businesses for efficient and cost-effective staff training, and we are trusted by Local Authorities to provide tutors for looked-after children and children in care.
